Nagyon sokat kérdeztétek, hogy akkor most mi lesz velünk itt Írországban a Brexit kapcsán.
Legelőször szeretném letisztázni, hogy Írország külön ország, nem tartozik bele az Egyesült Királyságba, vagy ahogy magyarul hívjuk: Nagy Britanniába. (Melynek részei: Anglia, Skócia, Wales és Észak-Írország).
Most of you ask us, what will happen with us now after the Brexit.
First of all, I would like to make it clear, that the Republic of Ireland is a separate country, it is not included in the UK. Parts of the UK, or with other name Great-Britain: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern-Ireland.
Tehát közvetlenül ez a hír minket nem súlyt le, habár nagy meglepetés volt. A valuta euro szemben Nagy- Britanniával, ahol font a fizetőeszköz. Írország tagja az EU-nak, itt nem indult el a kilépési láz, diszkriminációt egyáltalán nem érzünk, mivel eleve nagyon sok bevándorló van, és ez a folyamat nem most indult, már a második generáció nő fel így. Persze azt is hozzá kell tenni, hogy Írországot nem árasztották el úgy a kelet-európaiak, mint Angliát, viszont másik oldalról Dublinban vagy Corkban található nagyon sok cég európai központja, ezért nagyon sok féle náció él egymás mellett. Írország egész területén kb. 30 ezer magyar él, szemben Londonnal, ahová kb. 220 ezer magyar vándorolt ki.

The Republic of Ireland is member of the EU, it did not start the exit fever, we don't have to face with discrimination, as it already has a lot of immigrants, and this process is not started now, we can say that the second generation is growing up, so the Irish people learned how to live with them. Of course it should also be noted that, in the last few years didn't arrive so much people from Eastern - Europe as to England. And at the other side a lot of company's European headquarters are based here, so many kinds of nationalities live side by side. In the whole territory of the Republic of Ireland there are approx. 30.000 Hungarian, only in London approx. 220.000. Hungarians immigrated.
Amit már most érzékelünk, hogy nagyon sok megkeresés érkezik Londonból, hogy átköltöznének ide. Az biztos, hogy Dublin ennyi magyart nem bír el, és akkor még nem beszéltünk a rengeteg lengyelről. Dublin kicsi, jelenleg is lakásproblémákkal küzd, konkrétan nincs annyi lakás, amennyire szükség lenne. A tömegközlekedés katasztrófa, az ívóvíz és csatornarendszerről ne is beszéljünk.
What already sensed, that we got a lot of question from London from hungarian people, who would like to move here. I’m absolutely sure, that Dublin is not ready to accept so many hungarian people, and we haven't talked about the amount of polish people who lives in England. Dublin is a very small city, struggling with accommodation problems, what means that there aren't so many houses and flats as far as needed. The public transport is a disaster, but the quality of the water and sewage system is even worth.
Amiben profitálni fog, hogy várhatóan még több cég központja költözik majd át ide, de itt megint elérünk az előző bekezdésben említett problémához...
The expected benefit is, it is likely that more big companies will move and settle down here, which means more workforce is needed, so we reached again the problem mentioned in the previous paragraph...
Kereskedelem terén biztosan lesznek kihatások, mert mi úgymond egy szigettel vagyunk arrébb és fő kereskedelmi partnereink Nagy-Britanniából kerülnek ki. Pl. az igazán finom marhahús Skóciából kerül az üzletekbe, ha ott elszállnak az árak, az nálunk is drágulást okoz.
Persze Skócia jővőbeni hovatartozása is kérdőjel.
Másik fő probléma, hogy az egész ír kereskedelem angol modellre épül. Ezen felül az olaj. és gázimport is Nagy-Britanniából érkezik. A függőség olyan erős, mint Ukrajna és az oroszok között. Ez szintén nagy kockázatot rejt magában.
In the field of commerce and trade there will be huge effect, cos we are only one island further and the major trading partners are from Great Britain. For example, the best beef comes from Scotland, if the prices increase there, we will also feel the effect of it here. But where will belong Scotland in the future, that is also a big question. The other big problem is, that the whole Irish economy is based on the English model. In addition, the import of gas and oil also come from UK. The addiction is such high as between Ukraine and Russia, which means a very big risk.
Írországba háromféleképpen lehet eljutni, vagy a tengeren vagy repülővel, mindkét esetben nagyon szigorú az ellenőrzés, így pl. a migránsáradat, ami ellepte európát az elmúlt évben, ide nem ért el. A másik, hogy a bevándorlókkal szemben nagyon szigorúan járnak el, aki megsérti a törvényt, az mehet haza családostul, a visszatérés esélye nulla. Harmadik út Észak-Írország felöl, de Nagy-Britannia kilépésével a határellenőrzés kérdése is felmerül ezen a határszakaszon.
There are 3 ways to come to Ireland: the first two are: on the sea or by airplane. In both cases the control is very strict, so here you can't find lot of immigrant from the wave of last year as you find it in the whole of Europe. And also the law is very strict with immigrants, if they violate it, on the plane and right go home, chance of return is zero. Third way is through Northern - Ireland, but with the Brexit, we have to think about the border control in that border section.
Mivel az egész Brexit hatása még az EU-n belül sem tisztázott, ezért csak találgatásokba lehet bocsátkozni. Várhatóan az élet még drágább lesz itt, habár már most is törvényi beavatkozás volt szükséges a lakásbérleti árak maximalizálásához, mert a piac teljesen elszállt.
Since the Brexit effect is unclear within the EU, we can only guess what we can expect here. Probably the life will be more expensive, although the end of last year legal intervention was necessary to maximize the renting cost of the apartments, because the market was completely gone.
